Hunt Intel (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Hunt Intel mobile application (the “App”) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information the App collects

• Stand logs and notes you create (e.g., stand name, timestamps, observations).
• Weather information you record (e.g., wind, barometric/pressure-related values) when you choose to save it.
• Saved pins/locations you create (e.g., dropped pins and stand locations).
• Photos you take or attach to a stand/log (if you use the photo feature).
• Basic app diagnostics (crash logs/technical data) if the App or device provides it, used only to improve stability.

Location access

If you enable location permissions, the App may use your device location to save stand locations/pins. You can disable location permissions at any time in your device settings.

How your information is used

• To provide core functionality (saving stands, pins, weather logs, and photos).
• To improve reliability and fix bugs (diagnostics/crash information).
• To support export features you initiate (for example, exporting pins/logs).

Data storage and sharing

By default, the App stores your logs, pins, and related data locally on your device. We do not sell your personal data.

The App does not share your data with third parties except:

• When you choose to export/share data (e.g., exporting pins or sending a file).
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect safety and rights.

Third-party services

The App may rely on standard platform services (e.g., Google Play services) required for distribution and updates. If we add analytics, ads, or additional third-party services in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

Data retention

Data you create in the App is retained on your device until you delete it, uninstall the App, or clear app storage.

Your choices

• You can delete stands, pins, and photos from within the App (where supported).
• You can revoke permissions (location, camera, photos) in your device settings.
• You can uninstall the App to remove locally stored data (unless otherwise backed up by your device settings).

Children’s privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
